DENNIS SCHAECHER heads the Research Triangle office. Prior to founding the firm in 2004, Dennis was a consultant in the New York City office of Digitas, a leading marketing and strategy firm. The clients he advised include American Express, The New York Times and Toys ‘R’ Us. Dennis maintains an ongoing relationship with the University of North Carolina MBA program, where he acts as a guest speaker and coach for their entrepreneur program. Dennis has an MBA from The University of Southern California and a BA with honors from Middlebury College.

JOHN DAHL heads the Phoenix office. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he spent a decade identifying and researching equity investment opportunities for global investment banks Goldman Sachs and Jefferies & Company, as well as New York-based hedge fund Okumus Capital. John began his career in strategic planning at Target Corporation. He has an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Diploma from the London School of Economics, and a BA with honors from Middlebury College.
